If this company is going to be brought to a reasonable state of discovery with our best resource estimates established before entertaining a suitor, then the 20% actually means something as the spoils are divided amongst the shareholders according to the value divided by the number of shares, however, at that point most would likely be quite satisfied ...... 20% or not. The reality could possibly be that you'll just be given your 2.50 to 4.50 per share irrespective of the real value of what we have and the 20% dilution will be a factor of what the power players want to make for themselves within their timeframe, as opposed to any consideration for the shareholder take..... again it will have little to do with the value the company really represents. The bottom line is still to profit from this opportunity as best it presents itself.
Again these are suppositions. I have no idea of what the final sale price of NOT will be nor do I know when. Just theories.
