With the shareprice at 0.60 is there anybody willing to participate in the PP at 0.80?

If it is going to get filled it is just about to turn to the positive side, are we not in the same situation when we were at 5.0 and wishing for a PP at 10?

I know it is not the same situation, but will it still be negative on the shareprice if they will suucced?
