I appreciate the fact that you know Richard personally and speak with or see him often. With that in mind can you inform us of his feelings regarding the whole thing. Is he disappointed or hurt?

Does he think the balance of the BoD could prevent this outright theft?

Were there any of his guys involved in muscling him out?
