Great questions all I can think of is according to the new BOD,

this expression may hold true, " It is better to have one bird in hand than 2 in the Ring of Fire",

I don't understand the reasoning either, maybe they just think its too much of a gamble to prove up more resources. But with that much cash in the kitty it still doesn't add up. If and when ROF get properly valued , more 43-101 etc, tonnage et al it could be a lot more value to Noront.

An explanantion by BOD as to the reasoning would be important at this time.
