You have nailed it with this "Request". I agree with your position 100%.

Consider this.

These directors, who are supposed to be operating in the best interest of the company, are able to award themselves options well below market value. Is this not an extreme case of conflict of interest.

As I have already stated in previous posts, this conflict of interest is criminal in my opinion, legal or not.

I can tell you that Richard had no intention of this being done, when he made the compromise deal.
