Very simple! "aggregate" means they will be given 1.8 extremely low cost Shares for looking after some of their BUDDIES who want to get in on the cheap in the UNNEEDED PP.

And with the 25 million new Shares issued those getting these extremely CHEAP New Shares will tip the Power Structure of the Share Holders away from the every day true investing Retail Share Holders.

And the new BoD will get to hold, FREE OF COST Options for up to FIVE YEARS!

And this proposed action by this New Board of Directors can not withstand Fiduciary Duty of ALL Dorectors on this Board and should never have seen the Light of Day.

thus, it seems we now have Very Good Reason to have their Resignations from Our Companies Board of Directors. To do otherwise would be frau_! And for them to continue on would mean ending up in the Courts, both Civil and Criminal!!!
