Sum4all you have the right idea but the wrong strategy. Yes the the PP will ensure control but unfortunately for the wrong reason.

This dilution in my opinion does not protect us from takeovers it does the opposite. It will allow the BOD puppets to accept a low ball offer and be assured that they will get enough votes to follow through with the sale. We the retailers who were willing to see this to full or almost full potential of the ROF will be forced to sell way under the true worth of this company. But that said I still believe we will be sold somewhere north of our 52 week high. I also believe it will be well before the end of 2009.
