  1. If you can raise 20,000,000 in this market you are GOOD, AND you've got something good. This alone will make ripples through the industry.
  2. An extra 20 mil means you can drill the $ht out of the ROF and not have to watch your back.
  3. If the big boys know how to make themselves rich, then we should profit from that.
