Great response CD;

FWIW, I long ago did my own analysis, in my own way, none of which would relate to modern knowledgeable individuals with great analytical tools. I came up with a selling price of 27.00. I have argued the case with many local Notsters over many a cold one during group BBQ's etc, and have never deviated from that forecast. So I totally understand your position regarding 20.00. It will be a shame to see you go, but when it happens,I probably won't be far behind (at 27.).
