Being from Sudbury you must be aware what it is to live in and on a place that on the surface looks so poor and has generated so much wealth. (it does not look that bad)

Same is true here I bet. I am betting on what is in the ground not what the town looks like. More good news today. They are making it out to be a cow shed when it is a palace. I am impatient as well. Or I am impatient 2.
