Regarding takeover:

"Noront Resources NOT.V - Owns a promising nickel, copper and platinum property at its Double Eagle property in northern Ontario. Complicated by a recently settled proxy battle."

I'm assuming that by this they mean that there would be a new resolve amongst shareholders that would disallow an easily or cheaply taken company. Events to follow.
