You do have a lot to say for someone who appears very new to the scene. While all input is encouraged let's not try to preach to a board that has been through a lot lately, together, to make NOT a stronger and more recognized company in the ROF.

We all want the best and letting the new board get up to speed before making wild, and possible wrong, moves will not help the retail investor.
