Agree, Windfall is it. Due to the unfortunate credit and finance situation, the ROF will be on the backburner for a long time. Most large mining companies are cutting back production and delaying or deferring new projects. Hard to envision them putting up big money for a project with such a long payback time. Cash should be made at Windfall allowing for continuous work at a metodical and steady pace at the ROF
