After days of sleepless nights and frustrated days I have come to the conclusion that we as shareholders have got to let the last 4 weeks of boardroom turmoil END!!!

I for one have been one of Dick's favorite fans..I was devastated with the thought of him not being at the helm of our company. I finally sat down and wrote out these facts for myself and the numerous other people we got into this stock.( We as a group are close to 3/4 million shares strong) Yes the reason we got into this company was because of Dick's stellar character, but as time went on we realized WOW this is going to be the find of a lifetime!!

1. Our shareprice reflects the value of Windall alone(IMHO) and zero for Mcfaulds.

2. Dick and other insiders never unloaded shares when the price hit over $7 TWICE!!

3. The Bay Street Boys bought the warrents at around 4.50 after the share price was over $6 for ten days(IMHO they would not have done that unless they were VERY confident we hade the goods..remember this was even before the Blackbirds)

4. I am convinced that Rosseau would not have gone after our company unless he was 100% convinced that we had the goods in the ground and he wanted to play a bigger role in the development of this world class find.

5. When the share price was over 5 bucks..many of us kicked ourselves for not loading up under a dollar!!! Now my a_ s is black and blue from kicking myself for not selling some at the high price!! So to prevent further injury to myself when the share price soars again, I have been on a buying spree now that I've had the chance again to purchase shares under a buck!!

I'm not an expert ...just an invester with a dream like most here. I will continue forward with this company until the last chapter unfolds and I hope that our new board can have the integrity and sucess that Dick brought to Noront..
