Confidence in new BOD is a must

As Dick said, we must have confidence in the new BOD, they are all well qualified, each and one of them in their domain. They are also humans and have family (quote QQ).

If Dick says, have confidence, he does not say this lightly, just to comfort us. He knows that each and every person on the current board will have to work together. And he is certain they will, why... because Dick says they will. You are almost all believers of Dick, so trust him on this too. Way to many times it's been said on this forum that there will be two camps (two visions) now on the BOD. That is why we need an independent seventh person as CEO.

I think this is not the good approach. We DO NOT NEED an independent judge/referee, always deciding in favour of this or that side. We, that is the company = shareholders and BOD need 7 people working together, ofcourse with some differences in approach and ideas, thats OK.

The new search of a qualified CEO must not mean a new batlle in getting the most favourable person for this or that side. NO, it will be the completion of a new circle of seven people knowing that working together is the only way to lift our NORONT over the next level. helium
