Private placedment discussion

My personal opinion is that there is too much discussion here regarding a private placement. The suggestion of one was raised here and a huge amount of discussion has taken place. If, and I do mean IF, The board does consider doing one, they can simply consider the discussion taking place here, and get all the pros and cons of it without putting any effort into it themselves. To date this is all speculation. Lets leave it until it becomes a problem.

Fwiw, a private placement is not something that is designed to benefit only the big guys. FNC recently did a PP for .50, with everyone saying that the SP had been driven down in order to facilitate this price. I took part in it and look at their price now.
