It might appear from my first post that I am a newbie; true as far the posting goes, else an oldtimer for Norontont shares (Right Glourieux!)

Now to the point of post.

Two significant folks to the board: One is angry and afraid at the turn of events at Noront's and the other concerned of dilution in future. My only hope is that both of you smart and informed people don't fall for each other throat as we get trapped in the heat of arguments. We need you both at the throttle of a car (we have the keys as proved recently)--the imperceptible organization you both along with many other good, wise and sincere posters such as Glourieux, QQ, (too many to name)--since the race to the final goal has just started.

Please keep in mind both of you are right...
