In as nice a way as it could be said this is putting the BOD on notice that if they try any funny business there will be repercussions.

Now much as I don't want to be forced into a Retail Shareholder REVOLT it does make a lot of sense to let Management know that there is a very real sword hanging over their heads.

It is early for Glorieux to take on preparing a Retail Shareholders protection GROUP (RSPG) but it's got a lot of merit. Maybe Retail Oversight Attention Resource 'ROAR'

If Management was threatened by holders of 30% of shares (Big Guys) then if we could show representation of 40% of shares (Retail holds what over 60%?) they would have to PAY ATTENTION.

Have to mull this over more because it could be done and not necessarily involve much expense.
