So I haven't been posting...and probably won't be posting much but I just listened to the AGM and have a question for all of you.

Did we win the proxy vote? We might have to re-play the webcast later in the day when Agoracom provides a link, but I thought I heard that we got 73.9% of the vote..( the retailers).

The compromise nothwithstanding, I though Rosseau wanted to be re-imbursed IF they were successful in the proxy war.

It sounds like they lost, on the face of things, so does this mean too bad, so sad for the $$$ for their campaign?

Looking forward to hearing the responses.
