I pulled out my big strato-map of the claims in the ROF and compared it to sag4tag's map.

To me, it looks like the halfway point of the purple blob, where it curves outward, is on NOT land (and a good ways across) and then downward a little from there. The bottom portion seems to be on the KWG/UC/SPQ JV. A lot of it seems to be on this property, all the way up to the top part, where it heads into Probe and partly back into NOT lands.

All in my opinion, as my map is larger scale than the sag's.
