If in amount, you mean the # of shares/votes, there is no fixed limit, other than the total # of shares outstanding. For example, if we appointed one individual or other entity to vote with say 20% of the outstanding shares in support via a proxy appointee, then "we" would be in a similar position as a group/block vote as the Rosseau's of this world. Think about the possibilities of walking into the AGM with this clout behind you!! I would expect that some type of meeting would be convened before the AGM with our "proxy" appointee or his/her representative being invited to attend for preliminary discussions........maybe even a seat or two on the BOD!!! Remember, "we" probably convinced about 40% or more of retail voters to join with us in support of RN et al this year!!!
