These are great ideas Geoprof....if I could add a couple of suggestions?

1. we organize a shadow BOD of our own

2. that we remain organized (Glorieux started something already)

3. that we stay in contact; with pms and on this board

4. that we quietly accumulate shares in increase our ability and influence to make change as shareholders.

We have to stay strong but at the same time be wary. We have no choice but to give the new board a chance to see what they can do; or what they intend on doing...
