you need to take a pill or a scotch or something. If Richard had the votes he wouldn't have cut the deal bottom line was that they had more votes than he did and it was better to do a deal and get the sp moving before it got messy.

As for retail being a force ,I've been investing in juniors for over 40 years and I've never seen retail shareholders bond like this and if you don't think that Irwin sat up and took notice then you obviously don't know the market.
