Good morning.....my initial reaction to the news was, "isn't that enough to frost your mother's potatoes".

Retail stood up and ROARED....it was obviously heard. I want to know the numbers! When deals are made in back rooms, in the dead of night, I feel we have a right to know. This was suppose to be a democratic exercise. But I guess THEY have the power to 'thwart' in our best interest.

Don't get me wrong, I have already accepted the 'new, new vision, and forward we all go. No choice.

I believe Richard did the best he could for NOT and all shareholders. The man is honest and steps down to the 'advisors chair' with his integrity intact......no small achievement in this world!

THANK YOU Richard for taking us this far. NOT's stellar achievements are a testament to your fortitude. You knew how to build a winning team.....even the drills loved you!

THANK YOU to my fellow shareholders (even the three on 'ignore') for speaking out loud so I could learn. And thanks for listening to my humble thoughts and questions.

Having said all this I feel I can kick the mud from my feet and move forward on the next leg of this NORONT journey.
