Even D12 , Geoprof Glorieus stated that it might be the best outcome,

most of the members of this forum feel perplexed about this move.

Tomorrow is the first test for the new BOD.. I do not know how we can redraw our vote on the options scheme proposed before..

RN for sure is forced to leave, hope he can move on ,if possible stay in one or two ROF comapnies BOD such as SPQ / FWR/ WSR...
