There seems to be a bit of panic by some. People this is a good thing. They will have no reason now to drive the SP down as they have been in the past. Everyone is on the same page, which is good for retail. You think this deal would of been done if it had not been for Glorieux, and all of us retail putting up a fight? No chance, they would win the proxy fight, come in, flip the company for a quick buck and leave. Now they have vested interest in the company and want to drive the SP up and see it succeed as they own a ton of shares themselves.

Change is good people.

Before this agreement we were sitting at 80 cents, faced with un-certainty and what the future holds. Now we have people on board that want to make money, there's a retail shareholder agreement in place - before RN left, he made one thing clear - Take care of us the retail. If this had not been agreed upon, then RN would never sell us out.

See what happens with this new and improved board, before you scream doom and gloom and that this sucks, when in fact it doesnt suck - its actually good...very good....it might just take some time for you to see.

If this had gone to a vote and we win, do you think Rosseua, Sprott, Genuity and all the others would want to drive this thing down even further out of spite? Of course they would.

Patience people, you will start to see the benefits of this agreement - and realize that its good for the bottomline (us)
