Yes Dick held Noront together through a lot of tough times but it takes more than one person to advance a company and he would himself not take total credit for the ROF discoveries.

New people can bring new ideas and energy. Going to be hard for new management to get the Retail shareholders comfortable or cosy with this team. Heck if they get the share price back to or above $7 we won't be complaining.
