You can be 100% certain that those costs will be paid by Noront.

What is more important is that the new BOD plays it straight and doesn't try to hand out tonnes of options and dillute with low price pp.

Not terribly happy but do remember that these people want the Noront share price back way over $5 just as much as we do because they own a pile of shares with that cost involved.

This is a done deal as Dick Nemis will be voting all those shares we gave him proxies for tomorrow.
