I'll agree with you and feel positive that without the support of this forum and 'Retail' shareholders Dick and current Management would never have been able to obtain this settlement.

To me this means neither side was 100% sure of having enough votes to prevail AND results would have cause harm to Noront whichever way it went.

Win for shareholders and lesson to others about taking on aroused Retail shareholders.
