So just to be clear, John Harvey now has 100k options less, has 100k shares more and the NOT's coffers just got 75k dollars more in it. The timing of this is also interesting as it was before the registration date and would of benefitted the current management during the proxy fight.

Another thought...Could John Harvey have quite FWR because now that they have a big Chromite hit as well, negotiations will begin to almalgamate FWR-NOT-SPQ-KWG and possibly FNC for the Chromite? Negotiations for this will be delicate and John was as he declared in a conflict of interest. If this idea is proven true, then we would have a mega deposit of Chromium between these companies that would make any major very interested.

I welcome thoughts on this as I am only thinking out loud here.
