I honestly don't think there is any questio here. NOT has hit big with chrome (as well as nickel, but lets only consdier the chrome).

FWR has also hit big with chrome. They have both indicatedthat ther eare converstations going on with majors.

For a major to take a position here they will want to have something concrete in place with the different players involved.

There absolutely has to be discussions going on between NOTand FWR at the moment. Just consider, for example, that NOT has announced putting Windfall on ice for the short term. They would have had to have some serious talks with FWR/MGR before that happened.

Regarding Mcfaulds , though, there will have to be some agreement in place between the different players, NOT, FWR, FNC, and as Donny says probably PRB. Once this is in place a major will step in and finance the whole thing, somehow.

But I digress. The point is, there are negotiations going on between NOT and FWR. No doubt about it. John Harvey, by virtue of his positions with both companies could be in a conflict of interest position. The simple answer...... Resign from one of them.
