As is most often the case, we base our arguments on a premise we believe in. Under normal circumstances I would agree with your statement but these are not normal circumstances. This fund needs cash fast and they need to get out. They will indeed try to get the biggest buck they can for NOT as this serves their interest, but it has nothing to do with us and everything to do with them. They are looking for safe harbour and as a ship (the market) sinks they will be scurrying for places of advantage and right now it is not in the market. There will be much carnage to come in the economies. The above is my premise.
