Yes, changes need to be made. Noront over the years has not been exposed to hostile takeovers.

RN has done an incredible job and now someone wants to come along and just steal it from him (and us).

As a company grows and becomes more successful, they also become a target. Their competitors are now focused on them, slimy hedge funds put together their short/long term takeover plans. All this will weigh on the shoulders of RN and BOD. Now there are games being played by people who know how to play dirty. I beleive RN knows how to play dirty but I don't believe his morals will allow him, at least not at this stage of his life.

Who do you replace a guy like this with. Who is a candidate? This is a very important issue because a year has passed since RN has been looking, hasn't it? Is John a candidate? Neil? where do we stand?
