Some people are naturally pessimists. The simple answer to your definate statement that there is something fishy going on is, as I say, quite easy.

The voting was allowed up until 10.30 this morning. At that time all votes were gathered and will be counted. You tried, successfully, to revote after that time. Your change in vote was accepted by the system but will not be included in the final tally as it came in too late. Simple. Don't look for boogeymen where there are none.
