I had a conversation with Mr Irwin yesterday morning. Towards the end of the conversation, he brought up the fact that they had wasted 15 mill on Windfall. He actually stated this to me.

When I questioned it and said that they had only really spent about 8 mill, he said that they had lied to him and told him that they had spent 15. When I replied that he had just now tried to tell me that they had spent 15 when he knew now that they had not, he immediately got defensive and basically terminated the conversation.

A liar is a liar, simple.
