I think he was not really caring if he got the small share holder to vote for him. They just want the big guys IMHO. He gave no specifics really of what he would do besides stop windfall and concentrate on mcfaulds. Would not list who his new BOD would be just kept mentioning change.... pretty much everything they say is BS they just want to take advantage of the current conditions and take over a very undervalued co and pocket themselves a ton of cash. Maybe Genuity knows his plan and are probably involved for them to come out and support him.
