This is perhaps the best time in the past 20 years to take advantage of the oportunity in the Canadian markets.

First the US dollar has increased in value relative to almost all currencies... in particular the Venture and toronto stocks.

These stocks are trading at huge dicounts to their net asset values, couple this with a 20% currency advantage this oportunity is acentuated.

The fact is the selloff in comodities is not due to supply abundance, or inventory increase... The demand side consumed the large inventories and resources of past decades... The production capacity has not been replaced as yet, and the inventories show this clearly in the 5 year charts.

Oil production was not capable of meeting the demand and thus the ramp up in oil prices damaged the cycle... This played out in curbing demand short term.... The US dollar climb has distorted the profitability of mining operations as it artifically provides supply of oil and metals in countries that have had their currencies slamed.

When this currency shift swings back, those same companies will see a further reduction in profitability and production will stop in those underwater. When that happens prices will skyrocket... The longer this downturn last the more robust the rebound.

At this time American investors have an oportunity to position themselves to profit huge in the upcoming rally in metals and oil

Canadian oil companies and mineral producers will rocket when the enevitable price increases come.

Yu need to ask only one question!

Who is going to provide commodities at less than cost?

Therefore this cycle will end with fireworks... not a wimper.

Preemptive move is to at least open a Canadian trading account solidifying the currency advantage, and ease into the market.
