They do not want people trying to log on at 10:29am and not being able to vote due to high volume so that is why the deadline announced as today...but it is tomorrow as first announced in the proxy document.

I had a 50k shareholder change from Rosseau to us last night. this was a french gentleman from Quebec who had only heard the Rosseau story. When I explained everything he said: Well, I am just a small fish, I only have 50k out of 130M so what do I matter? So I told a white lie, said that the vote was only 350k share difference at this point and that his votes represented a 100k share difference. He said he would call his broker this morning and vote "white" as he had thrown away all his proxies!!
