Windfall hibernation: Not what I expected

This board had me believing windfall would be bringing cash to the coffers as we approached winter. I expected the rock that was being dug out on the ramp project would be turned into cash at a neighbouring mine and would alleviate some of the cash burn situation. I'm on the BOD team, but not grabbing the easy money from the ramp project seems a little odd.
