Sorry, I do not have an answer to that question. My vote went in by telephone. I do not trust making such important decisions (actually having them recorded) such as this to any computer.

Comouters linked to the Internet are VERY DECENT COMMUNICATIONTOOLS, but with such good things there also comes risks. And I have already gotten very tired too many times experiencing just such risks while here.

Caution is Prudent. Be Prudent.
