I think that your bet that they will issue the flow through shares w a warrant at a price of 1.00 is overly optimistic. the "or less" part of your bet is more likely.

I would bet that they will take full advantage of today's weakness in the SP of NOT to set the issue price as low as possible. Maybe Rosseau & allies will issue 130 million shares to themselves at 50 cents. Lowers their average price & increases their upside. Dilutes the avg shareholder. Good idea for Rosseau & allies. Bad idea for retail.
