I have called the office and yes the cut off date is October 24th at 10:30 AM, but do not wait till the last moment.

So it is better and preferable to vote before October 23rd at 10:30.

Further there are 15 million shares which have not voted yet.

The office expressed their appreciation for all the work done so far.

Get your white proxy form out and vote for NORONT and the current Board.
