This shows Irwin's true colors and in my opinion was meant as a veiled threat, but should be taken as a empty threat. I hope he loses this battle and does sell his stock for pennies on the dollar, about time a hedge fund took a major loss and gave the spoils to the average investor. He is used to gettign his way by acting like a school yard bully, this time he has a fight on his hands.
