North American Palladium, symbol PDL-T, has announced suspension of operations due to declining prices.

A look at their chart shows that NOT is not the only mining company with a depressed share price. In fact in this downturn Not has faired better then PDL. Things will improve for both NOT and PDL along with many others, we just need to hang in.
