IBK and JP Morgan could well be Richards "Killer Punch". They could be the more stealthly aspect of this whole vote. What if Rosseau has talked to them and they let on they weren't really interested but didn't sound like they were sure of Richard either. Maybe they let on they weren't interested in voting (I assume they both have a large sharebase). With Rosseau not feeling too comfortable as to whether they are with Richard fully or not it would be a great killer punch for them to pledge their allegiance nearer to the voting day. They could be the difference, but may want to see how we handle things ourselves first in this fight.
Think...wouldn't it be great advertising for this company for IBK to be able to push out to the world that NOT's shareholders held off the hostile takeover bid on their own. Through the NOT shareholder's co-ordinated team effort they were able to stave off Rosseau. Our votes only made the vote against Rosseau larger in the end, but they weren't really needed.
Is that not a story to release. A strong company backed by a strong shareholder base who have no intention of letting this company be taken over by cut throat hedge funds. And..... should we be near the voting day and we need a little help I would certainly expect IBK and JP Morgan to step in and back Richard Nemis.
Does this sound feasible. I just woke up....maybe I'm dreaming..
