You can be sure that Noront almost always has a number of 'possiblilities' simmering on the back burner. Everything from potentail JV Partners to tire kicking 'Majors'. Moving these to the front of the stove and bringing to a boil is almost impossible while fighting off a proxy battle.

Why would someone work hard negotiating a deal with Noront only to find new Management changing the rules and wanting to start over from the beginning? You can bet all the 'deals' will stay on the back burner until we investors settle things at the AGM next week.
