This is from the Temex board.........
" I am a shareholder in both companies, and like most Temex investors am deeply disappointed at the progress of the company, especially the share price.
The reasons or excuses for this dismal performance has been going on for years and years.
It doesn't take much imagination to conclude that the Temex management now has a plan in concert with Rousseau.
First, Bruce Durham joins their Board.
Second , it appears that the same investors of the Rousseau Group probably now control Temex.
Third, two weeks ago , a Singapore couple , the Fongs, bought a ton of Temex shares. The Fongs are part of Rousseau management.
Fourth, If Noront looses the proxy fight, then in combination with Temex , they will control the land mass of the ROF.
Perhaps this will change the dynamics of Temex as Rousseau will need mining professionals to run the operation as they are a hedge fun and have no experience in mining. Enters the Chairman of Temex , Bruce Durham ,to run the operation.
If this is indeed the plan, perhaps this explains the deadly silence from Temex on the progess of their other properties.
As usual, we the shareholders, will be the last to know."
