I am not assuming anything here. As a matter of fact, I am still getting more volunteers and I keep sending list of shareholders out. The last batch I sent out represented shareholders number 3800 to 3899 out of a possible 5996 who have 100 shares or more. This represent 63% or shareholders out there but since the list was in order of number of shares held, we may be at 80 or even 90% of shares to be voted. I will have a good idea by tomorrow night how may have been reached and intentions of voters but at this point one thing is very clear. Those that we can talk to are overwelmingly in favor of Richard. So at this point it is a numbers game. If we reach enough people, we will win this.
