If Rosseau loses I can't see them leaving until they get the share price back up to where their average is. That bet between Snezzer & Knowwhat1 (share price being above $3.25) is making more sense the more info that I get off this board. According to one of our other board members average cost to Rosseau is $3.24. Anything above that is cake to them unless this proxy fight is costing them more than they anticipated. (Hope so!!)
