Something else Noront and friends can do after they make a gazillion dollars on the RoF and Windfall is join together a create a credit union of sorts that lends to junior explorers, cutting out all the crookedness of PP's and the games played for profits in that regard.

Talk about a legacy! He'd be the hero of every junior out there.
